GLASS FERMENTATION JAR SET –
The Kilner® Set of 2 Fermentation Jars provides the easy way to create smaller batches of your own delicious fermented foods packed with vitamins, minerals and probiotic cultures.
Perfect for creating live cultures of sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles and much more. Creating your own fermented foods is easy - just add your favourite vegetables, filtered water and salt.
The silicone valve in the lid releases the gas that builds up inside the jar during the fermentation process, whilst also blocking any air from entering the jar, which usually causes foods to go mouldy.
Packaged in a full colour gift box with recipe and instruction booklet, ideal for gifting.
The jars are suitable for the dishwasher.
Lids need to be hand washed and dried immediately.
